Frequently asked party Catering questions

The minimum? 3 days for small, minimal service events however we cannot guarantee this as it is also dependant on your menu requirements and our staff availability.

We recommend booking 12–60 days in advance when possible, especially for weddings and during peak seasons (spring, fall, and holidays), as those dates fill up fast. For standard corporate or smaller events, give us at least 72 hours notice. That said, last-minute requests happen—give us a call at 727.365.9294 and we’ll see what we can do based on availability.

Yes! If you’d rather pick up and serve the food yourselves, we offer drop-off delivery with no catering fee—unless you also need plates and cutlery, which carries a small additional fee. Just choose your preferred delivery option in checkout, and we’ll get your order to your event address. Start your order and select your delivery option today.

Absolutely. Choose from our all-inclusive catering packages, or build a completely custom menu using our extensive selection of appetizers, entrées, sides, desserts, and beverages. Chef Kelli loves creating new menu ideas, and any “menu estimate” we send isn’t finalized—you’re free to make changes or add on as you like before booking. Start building your custom menu today.

Yes. In addition to drop-off catering, we offer full-service options that include professional staff, buffet or plated setup, beverage stations, on-site coordination, and complete event cleanup. Our trained staff dress in black pants, black polos/button-downs, and black bistro aprons, and can adjust to your event’s color scheme or theme with advance notice. Contact us to discuss staffing options for your event.

Minimums vary by service type, but typical guidelines are require a 10-person minimum. We do however offer menus built by pan, so technically you could order a half pan – just enough for 8ppl. However we do have higher minimums for delivery service. Contact us to find the right option for your group size.

Yes, we’re happy to work with you on any special dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, pescatarian, and kosher-style options. Absolutely. We frequently cater at private residences, rented event spaces, and beautiful local spots like Largo Central Park or the Clearwater Beach area. Just let us know where the party is happening, and we’ll handle the logistics of getting the food there fresh and on time. Check availability for your chosen venue and date.

If you are ordering Á La Carte items for drop-off delivery only, there is no minimum guest count! For parties requiring our All-Inclusive Packages or on-site staffed service, we kindly ask for a minimum of 10 guests. Get a quote based on your party size.
